魚沼の里は店やカフェがある八海醸造の近くのすばらしいエリアです。
今週は「さとや」のカフェを紹介します。

私はたまの土曜日にケーキとコーヒーをここで楽しみます。
このケーキはとても特別です – それは酒のケーキです！
このカフェの専門はいくつかの種類のバウムクーヘンです。
このケーキはドイツに由来し、中には木の年輪のように見えます。
さとやは、酒を使った2つのバムクーヘンを販売しています。
八海棒夢（バウム）は八海山大吟醸を使っています。

さとやバウムは酒粕を使っています。

どちらも美味しく酒のような味があります！
さとやカフェから自然の景色をお楽しみください！

Uonuma no sato is a wonderful area near hakkaisan brewery with shops and cafes.

This week, I would like to introduce Satoya Cafe.

I often enjoy cake and coffee here on saturday.

Why but this cake is very special - it is sake cake!

the specialty of this cafe is several types of baumkuchen.

This cake is from Germany and the inside looks like the tree rings.

Satoya sells two Baumkuchen that use sake.

The hakkai baum uses hakkaisan daiginjo sake.

The Satoya baum uses hakkaisan sake kasu.

Both are delicious and have a sake taste!
